1. Nature of Products

We sell fresh exotic fruits, exotic vegetables, and freshly cut fruits sourced from trusted farms and importers. All products are perishable and are packed hygienically before dispatch.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to deliver to your location.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Wholesale (B2B) customers (hotels, restaurants, caterers) receive tier-based pricing on approval. Applicable GST is added at checkout as per Indian tax law.

4. Delivery

Fruits and vegetables are perishable. We aim same-day or next-day delivery for local zones. Delays due to courier, weather, or force majeure are not our liability. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

5. Product Handling

Once delivered, please refrigerate perishable items immediately. Cut fruits must be consumed within the "best by" window printed on the pack.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the property of Sriya Foods or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international IP laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at our registered office location.
