Delivery Areas

We currently deliver fresh fruits and vegetables to serviceable Indian pincodes. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination state and total package weight (in 0.5 kg slabs).

Delivery Timelines

• Local metro zones: same-day or next-day delivery
• Non-metro / remote: 2-4 business days
• Bulk / wholesale orders (hotels, restaurants): as per confirmed dispatch schedule

Cold-chain Handling

All perishable items are dispatched in insulated, food-grade packaging with gel packs where required. Cut fruits are packed in tamper-evident containers with a "best by" date.

Delays

Delivery delays due to natural events, transporter issues, or unreachable addresses are not our liability. Our team will keep you informed.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by SMS/email once your order ships.
