Perishable Products (Fruits, Vegetables, Cut Fruits)

• Report damage, spoilage, or quality issues with unboxing photos/videos within **6 hours** of delivery.
• On verification, we will offer a free replacement in the next delivery slot, or a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable

• Cut fruits opened or partially consumed
• Bulk / wholesale orders once dispatched
• Delays caused by incorrect address or customer unavailability at delivery
